The hard racing for the 3V BAMFs continued this last weekend in Quebec and the Pacific Northwest.
On Saturday, August 19th , Lydia Thomas rocked a PR and a podium at the Pacific Pathways Sprint Triathlon on Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington. She completed the 500m swim, 14 mi bike, and 5 k run in 1:25:27, placing 10th overall female and 2nd in her age group! She had a swim of 12:12, a bike of 43:22, and a run of 27:03.

The next day in Canada, Noah Sandler and Jeff Krebs took on IM Mont-Tremblant. Noah was only 3 weeks post IM Santa Rosa! Both finished within minutes of eachother. Noah finished in 12:23:44 with a 1:23:35 swim, a 6:22:15 bike, and 4:27:52 run to finish 72 in the M50-54 AG.

Jeff hit an IM PR by over an hour with his 12:22:23 finish time! He had a 1:44:40 swim, a 6:35:13 bike, and then a Hermes-like run of 3:47:22 to finish 24th in the M55-59 AG. Well Done!

Gotta get a picture with Mike Reilly!
