Triple Victor Coaching works with a select group of athletes each season to facilitate their journey to achieve athletic performance and overall wellness through maximizing the athlete's approach to Recovery, Nutrition, Training, and Sport-Life Balance while recognizing that the sacrifices made today fuel the Personal Bests of tomorrow.
Triple Victor Coaches use the Training Principles taught within IRONMAN University along with pulling aspects from USA Triathlon University, American College of Sports Medicine, USA Cycling Coaching Programs, and the Road Runners Club of America Coaching Programs to address personal athletic goals through individually tailored coaching plans to include customized recovery protocols based on heart rate variability (HRV) and biometric markers.
Each plan is reviewed by Triple Victor's Expert Panel including doctors, sport specific coaches, and physical therapists. Training Plans are designed to use effective proven training, annualized season periodization and daily workouts along with coach support to get athletes to their peak performance on race day.
