On May 6th 2017, Triple Victor Athlete Brendon Terry, an active duty member of the United States Army and a student at the Ft. Leavenworth Kansas Command and General Staff College (CGSC), assisted in directing the annual Sprint Triathlon that CGSC sponsors with the installation Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) department. As the student race director, he was responsible for assisting the faculty and local triathlon club race director with recruiting additional members of the student committee to plan and execute the event as well as recruiting the needed volunteers from the student body. Around 100 athletes typically compete in the event, and for the majority it is their first triathlon. Brendon was also able to compete in the Triathlon, placing third overall ad second in the 30-34 Age Group with a time of 1:01:58. Triple Victor is committed to supporting and expanding this sport wherever its athletes go!

The Male 30-34 AG top three at the 2017 CGSC Sprint Triathlon. Tyler Staples of Lenexa, KS was 1st, Brendon Terry and Trevor Jones of Ft. Leavenworth were 2nd and 3rd respectively.
